Sometimes the most basic and simplest recipes are the unforgettable ones.
Take the sinful chocolate for example. Sure you tried the
moist ones, the chocalatey ones, the overpriced ones, but for me the best
chocolate cake I’ve tasted is Polly’s Chocolate Cake. AKA Shell Magallanes
Chocolate Cake AKA you’ll-forget-your-name-after-you-eat-this. Ms Polly’s has expanded to Merville Paranaque and in Robinson’s Galleria, where they serve more
delicious desserts like cupcake and apple pie and of course, the divine
Chocolate Cake. Looks wise, this looks like the most plain-looking Jane of a
cake, but wait till you take a bite. The cake is soo good, it’s beyond words.
The cake is moist and rich, eating one will guarantee you’d break the
commandment for being sinful. The sweetness is not overwhelming and the
pleasure is licking the fudge icing.
