This year's probably the worst year for me when it comes to shedding weight.
My weight has see-sawed like crazy this year.
And because of poor eating habits, and a bad exercise regimen,
I've ballooned to add 20 more pounds.
Crazy all these treadmilling and spinning isn't helping at all.
After looking at my pics of our recent Christmas party,
I will get out of the fantasy that I will still get my old college days physique.
Today, I officially recognizing myself as a member of the fatso club.
God! I'm beginning to dread what I'm becoming- I'm beginning to look like my father.
